A pedicurist’s day is a series of treatments of half an hour to an hour, often for regular clients who come back every few weeks. There’s little time in between to keep track of anything.

So the admin piles up. Invoices get done later, prices get looked up again, and you’re never quite sure whether everyone from last week actually got an invoice.

    Add your treatments, products and travel costs once. After that, you pick them with a single tap.

    Same client, same treatment every few weeks? Repeat their last invoice. Nomora uses today’s prices.

    A tricky parking spot, or a client who’s hard of hearing: you see it with every appointment.

  4. Home visits made easy

    The address sits with the appointment. One tap on Navigeer opens it in your maps app.

  5. Several residents, one invoice

    Treating several residents of the same care home? Put them on one invoice to the organisation, with a line for each person.

  6. With or without VAT

    Using the Dutch small business scheme (KOR)? Nomora adds the right wording to your invoice. Otherwise it calculates the VAT for you.

Where Nomora comes from

Nomora started in a mobile foot care practice in the Netherlands, where treatments happen in people’s living rooms and in care homes, and the car is the office. That’s why it’s built around a phone screen: big buttons, little typing, and one clear next step on every screen.

It works just as well if clients come to your own practice. You simply don’t use the directions button.

Not a medical record, on purpose

As a pedicurist you often hear about your clients’ health. That information is sensitive and falls under stricter rules in the GDPR. Nomora is deliberately not a treatment record.

Notes in Nomora are meant for practical things: where to park, that the front door sticks, that someone prefers mornings. If you work with medical information, keep it in a system designed for that.

What goes on your invoice

You enter your business details once, such as your KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number and bank account. They appear on every invoice. The client’s name and address come from your client list, the description and price from your price list. Nomora adds the treatment date and a sequential invoice number.

Questions

Can I use Nomora as a medical pedicurist?

For your calendar, clients and invoices, yes. Nomora isn’t a treatment record, though: medical details and treatment notes don’t belong in it. Use a dedicated record system for those.

Do I need an internet connection on the road?

Yes. Nomora works online, so on the road it uses your phone’s mobile data. There’s no offline mode.

Is the app in English?

The app itself is currently in Dutch, and so are the invoices. The screens are simple, but it’s worth knowing before you start.
