Client data and privacy

Coaching conversations are often personal. That information belongs to your client and deserves care. That’s why Nomora only keeps the business side: who your client is, when you meet and what you invoice.

Notes in Nomora are for practical things, like a preference for morning sessions or a contact person at the employer. Keep session notes somewhere designed for them.

No more than you need

Many coaches work alone, with a manageable number of clients. For that, a large practice management system with records, forms and payment modules is often more than you need. Nomora is small on purpose: your calendar, your clients and your invoices, in one place.

Can I keep session notes in Nomora?

No, and that’s deliberate. Nomora isn’t a client record. You can add practical notes to a client, but what you talk about doesn’t belong in it.

Can I invoice an employer?

Yes. You add the employer as an organisation and send the invoice there. Coaching several employees? They can go on one invoice.
