Who Nomora is for

Nomora suits self-employed people who work by appointment and send an invoice afterwards. Think of a mobile hairdresser, a personal trainer, a tutor or a dog groomer. The work is different, but the admin is similar: a client, an appointment, a service at a set price, and an invoice.

When Nomora isn’t the right fit

There are no quotes, no time tracking per project and no purchase invoices. There’s no bank connection either, and Nomora doesn’t track whether an invoice has been paid. If you work on large projects with quotes and extra work, accounting software is a better choice.

Also good to know: the Nomora app is currently in Dutch, and so are your invoices.

Questions

Can I create quotes in Nomora?

No. Nomora creates invoices for work you’ve done. Quotes aren’t included.

Does Nomora do my bookkeeping?

No. Nomora keeps track of your sales invoices and revenue. Expenses, receipts and your year-end are for your accountant or accounting software. Nomora gives you a tidy export for that.
