Working on location

Many massage therapists don’t only work in their own space. An afternoon at a company, a match day at the sports club, a client who wants a massage at home. That keeps the work varied, but it makes admin messier. Who’s paying this time, and where did you need to be?

In Nomora, everything hangs off the appointment. The address is there, with a button for directions. The client can be a person or an organisation. Afterwards you create the invoice from that same appointment, so there’s nothing to look up.

What Nomora isn’t

Nomora isn’t a client record. Intake forms, complaints and treatment notes belong in a system built for them. Nomora looks after the business side: who, when, what and for how much.

Questions

Can I invoice a company or sports club?

Yes. You add the company or club as an organisation. If you massage several people there, you can put them all on one invoice.

Can I keep intake forms or treatment notes?

No. Nomora isn’t a client record. You can add practical notes to a client, but health information doesn’t belong in it.
